We have not received it yet. We have called MS a number of times to say we never get emails like this and they always claim it's fixed...and still nothing.

We were there last month for the May HS MM. We never received any emails. We showed our digital DVC membership card on our phone and driver's license.

We were in line at 30 minutes before the official event start time. The check-in queue (far right side) was long but moved quickly.

If anyone has not received the email, here's the contents:

Event Date: Thursday, June 16, 2022

Event Time: 9:30 p.m. – 12:30 a.m. Disney Vacation Club Members and Special Guests may enter the Park as early as 7:00 p.m. to get a head start on the fun.
TIP: If you are looking to experience Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance head to Galaxy's Edge as this attraction will close at 11:30 p.m.

Check-In: Members can check-in at the following locations (Event Confirmation email, valid digital Disney Vacation Club Membership Card and photo ID are required)

• Disney’s Hollywood Studios Main Entrance: Beginning at 7:00 p.m. until 11:00 p.m.
• In Park check-in at the Disney Vacation Club kiosk across from the Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater Restaurant from 4:00 p.m.- 8:00 p.m.

Please note: For this event check-in is only available at the two locations listed above at Disney's Hollywood Studios.

Valid Theme Park admission and Park Reservation are required to enter Disney's Hollywood Studios prior to 7:00 p.m.

Food & Beverage:

• When you check-in, be sure to pick up your complimentary Delectable Delight vouchers which can be used for a variety of sweet and savory snacks at multiple locations throughout the park between 7:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. as well as limited locations during the event.
• Delectable Delights vouchers cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Please reference the voucher for other important details.
• Additional food and beverage offerings will be available for purchase.

Transportation & Parking:

• Complimentary parking is available at Disney's Hollywood Studios for Members and Special Guests on the event date beginning at 6:00 p.m.
• Members must show their digital Disney Vacation Club Membership Card and event confirmation at the auto plaza to receive complimentary parking.
• Walt Disney World® Bus service will be available until 2:00 a.m.
• Disney Skyliner transportation (to Disney’s Riviera Resort and Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort only) until 2:00 a.m.
• For returns to Disney’s Pop Century Resort and Disney’s Art of Animation Resort after 10:00 p.m. please use bus transportation from the Disney's Hollywood Studios Main Entrance.

Does anyone happen have 2 tickets they will not be using? We were only able to get 3 tickets for our group of 5. Would be greatly appreciated if so.

A few tips from the May event:

-If you want to take advantage of the FULL time in the park (beginning at 7pm), get there early, maybe 6:30 or 6:45 as a pretty long line formed to the right hand side. It goes pretty quick, but just don't expect to show up at 7 and walk right in. I think we got there at 7 and were on Star Tours by 7:30.

-If getting a popcorn bucket is a priority, go to Pizza Rizzo early on. Went there right around 8pm and there was no line. These lines only got longer as the night went on.

-We did ROTR early (around 10) and we only waited 15 min until the first pre-show. I didn't want to wait until 11:30 and have that be the last thing we could do if everyone else had the same thought.

-Bring water; no water bottles were being given away (you could use snack coupons for them though.. and of course wait in line).

-We prioritized attractions, so we didn't really focus on characters, but heard there was some fun Goofy movie tie-ins/events.

-Have fun!

Hope everyone had fun tonight. I had to cancel my trip because I ended up in the hospital two times over the past week.

All I can say about last night is that I'm glad we went and we likely won't go to another. Glad I'm home and it's behind us, and happy the first of the week was really hot but really fun. Calling MM 6/16 a cluster would be a compliment. Proof yet again that you get exactly what you pay for.

Oh no! Sounds like the MM was decidedly NOT a success. I'm sad to read that, and will set my expectations accordingly. Any specific things you are inclined to share that might make for a better experience for those of us going in July?
