On our fifth day at Disney (staying at AoA) I was thinking to do Hollywood in the afternoon then head over to Epcot for dinner/Illuminations. The days leading up to it we have a pretty early and heavy schedule.

I was considering letting everyone sleep in and hang by the pool or nap in afternoon (have a 4 yr and 14 month with us)

What do you think HS will be like after 2/3:00? We will also be heading to Epcot for dinner and illuminations from HS, another reason to have an afternoon start. What would be my best option for transportation HS to Epcot. If it's not to much and extra long I might consider including the monorail as part of the trip.

I would take the boat from HS to Epcot, especially with the little ones.

1. Quite a bit busier than in the morning. Exactly how busy depends on when you're going.
2. Walk or take the boat.
3. I guess you could take the bus to MK and then take the monorail to Epcot, but you'd be adding an extra hour to the trip.

Silly me I was mixing the location of DTD and HS last night LOL. Yeah taking the boat sounds fun.

What does that entail?
Where would we catch it and where does it drop you?

I am planning HS for friday (10/23/15). Based on the chart from easyWDW it should be a green day meaning a recommended park. We have generally done RD to 2/3:00 in the past but we have also done much shorter trips. This will be our first 8 day/7 night trip to WDW and our first with children (at least of our own) that we are responsible for LOL .
