I'm having a hard time trying to see how I can fit everything in at HS, can someone help

9am sign up for Jedi
9:15 TSMM stand by and then fast pass (9:15-10:15)
10:30 little mermaid FP
11:10 star tours FP
11:30-12 frozen sing a long
12:35 Jedi academy
1-3pm animation academy and meet baymax
3-3:30 beauty & the beast
4-4:20 characterpalooza
5-5:25 dis jr
6:30-7 Indiana jones

Plus we want to do:
Great move ride
Shrunk kids play area
Meet phineas & ferb
Meet cars

Is my plan doable? Is there a better plan I can do to finish earlier and make 7pm fantasmic?

When you are going makes a difference, but my opinion is you are being ambitious thinking you will be out of Jedi sign ups by 9:15. I would think closer to 9:30? If you are trying to get a later time, you may have to let people get ahead of you in order to accomplish that.

I would also change the Star Tours FP to something else- even in mid-July we had little wait in standby to get on that ride multiple times. I would think it might be more useful on Great Movie or even for Fantasmic (to give you some peace of mind). You have some cushions of time built in to your touring plan so I think you will be OK fitting the other stuff in.

My only other suggestion would be to hit characters earlier in the day. We have had better success with meeting characters earlier in the day- the lines tend to be shorter before lunchtime.

I agree with the other poster that it probably depends on what time of year you are going. I would think that for most times of year though, it would be hard to sign up for the Jedi Academy and still make it over to TSM by 9:15. Even if you did make it there by 9:15, the rope drop crowd will likely have headed there first and standby will have a pretty good wait.

I also would not worry about fastpassing Star Tours as we are always able to ride it multiple times with little wait. Maybe do the animation academy in that time slot instead? It tends to get crowded, and you may not get into the first session you try for.

If you are at the very front at opening and run or walk very quickly to Jedi signups, you *might* finish by 9:15. I think you'd need to be at the park by 8. When I was about 3 families back from tapstiles and did not run, they let us in about 8:40 and many people passed me by running to Jedi signups. I was the first part of the line that didn't fit inside the building and we were done with signups about9:20. By then, the first 3 shows were already full, but I was happy with a later time anyway. You are able to choose your show time - if you want 12:30 and not one of the first shows of the day, that's no problem.

I hope your Jedi isn't the one going to Frozen - you will have to report back 20-30 min before show time, so JTA does take quite a bit longer than just show time for the participant and one parent. No problem for the rest of family to pop up and watch just in time. Also give yourself a couple minutes for bathroom break and do you need time for lunch?

I actually like your use of Star Tours FP, as the line can be long and your schedule is fairly full - you won't necessarily be able to dash over there at the moment you see a short wait on the app.

Your afternoon has some more breathing room between shows, you can probably get Grat Movie Ride, and your character meets. I'd say it looks like a good outline, but be flexible and prepared that you may not get it all in if you hit any problems.
