HRRR Opening Time

I know that when HRRR first opened it would not start operation until 1-3 hours after park opening. Is it now opening at park open or is it later? Is it operating pretty reliably each day, not counting weather?

I went to the Studios on Saturday and it was running smoothly. The wait time was around 60 minutes at 9ish but all trains seemed to be running w/o issue.

I would really like to know the opening time of HRRR too.

I bought the Universal Vacation Package which gives me early admission (half an hour) into the park and the three attractions open will be Shrek 4D, Jimmy Neutron´s and HRRR. Will this be true?
