Is the All Access Pass worth it? What do you get?

Do they have smoking rooms? I want nonsmoking, so can I book nonsmoking?

What is a good garden view room to request?

The All Access Card has been worthwhile for us. The program in changing in October 2012 - you may want to check into that if your visit will be prior to then.

Smoking Policy:
Hard Rock Hotel is a smoke-free hotel. Our non-smoking policy will apply to all areas of the hotel with the exception of designated outdoor areas. $250 cleaning fee for smoking in guest rooms.

As far as room request all I can say is the BEST poolview - 6092 - or 6128. Excellent room with incredible views. I don't have a gardenview room #. Sorry. DO try for the PV upgrade though.
