HRH Room Assignments

The family and I are planning our upcoming trip to UO and will be staying at HRH for the first time. Any suggestions for room requests? Would appreciate any assistance from HRH vets.

are you wanting a view of the parks?
or one that is nearer the elevators?

We would love to have a park view even though I reserved a garden view room...is it possible? Higher floor...over the tree tops?

i have stayed at hrh since the first year it went up.

over the years, the trees have grown and some of the park/pool views are blocked due to their growth.......higher floor levels have this issue on some of the views.


a garden view could be the front view of the building, or any of the greenery views.

some of the back views/garden will have a view of the boat dock and greenery.
it's a decent view, no complaints on it.

when you check in, ask the TM if it is possible to have a pool view w/out paying for that upgrade.

if the hotel doesn't have pool/water views blocked out for other incoming guests, it is possible for you to be placed there.(water view)


pretty much depends on the occupancy level of the hotel for your dates.


it is easy for them to upgrade a person's room without charge.
especially if they have over booked the standard/garden views.

you get moved up and that allows another vacant room for the overbooking...
