1. Are there in-room coffee makers?

2. Do they have a luggage hold like disney?

3. Is there a coffee stand in the lobby? If so does anyone know if they have chi-tea?

4. Soda/Ice machines on each floor?

5. How do room upgrades work?

I'll answer the questions that I can based on our stay in a standard room:

1. There was a coffee maker and housekeeping replaced the coffee packets every day.
2. They will hold your luggage for you.
3. We don't drink coffee, so I didn't notice if there was coffee in the lobby.
4. I think that there were soda/ice machine by the elevators, but we had a fridge in the room, so we didn't need them.
5. I don't have any experience with upgrades, but I think if you join the Lowes First program you will have a better chance for an upgrade.

I remember reading StarBucks has an area in the Sunset grill so hoping you can find some chai tea there! Have Fun

the lobby is on the 3rd floor and starbucks is on floor 1 right by the sunset grill. Nice spot for it cause you can grab a cup on your way to the pool or the walkway to parks

Hi Leigh,

There is coffee amd coffee maker in room--none in lobby. Only Starbucks on the 1st floor. There are no vending machines of any kind on property -I asked at the front desk, thought it was weird! They do sell cokes in the Hard Rock store near the lobby. They will store you luggage. Upgrades depend on how full they are when you check in.
