If I want to make a reservation do I just call the hotel directly or do I call lowes?? Thanks

if you are a loews member, you need to call loews.
they will connect you to the reservationist.
that would be the only way you will get the credits for your stay.


when i have stayed at HRH, i call the hotel directly with my requests in advance.
