HRH or RPR : will bell services refridgerate anything?

We will be at Disney moving to one of the USO resorts for the second half of our trip. We were hoping to arrive to the USO hotel early before our room is ready in order to take advantage of our theme park time. As we will have some perishables from our Disney villa, was hoping to be able to take them to our USO hotel.

I've read that USO hotels' bell services will not accept food deliveries without the guest being present, and while in the past they were willing to store perishables in a fridge that this is no longer consistently done.

Has anyone who has stayed recently know what bell services will or will not do? If they do not store perishables in a fridge, any issues with just leave thing either a foam cooler or some sort of cooling bag that is filled with ice for example?

You can leave a cooler with them just as you would any other bag, and it would be stored in regular luggage storage.

I would say: prepare for refrigerated storage to be unavailable, but ask nicely anyway. FWIW, the last time we transferred from CBBR to RPR, we packed our refrigerated and frozen items in an insulated soft-sided cooler bag, so they could be held at Bell Services for a few hours, since we had read varying accounts of whether Bell Services would be willing to refrigerate things that we brought with us. However, when we arrived at RPR to drop off our bags and asked if the cooler bag could be placed in refrigerated storage instead, they said that they would be happy to do that, since they had adequate space that particular day. YMMV.
