HRH need number please for room request

Wanting to move our ressie from RPR club to HRH Club and hope to get Deluxe. From what I've gathered it's better to call hotel directly and request Deluxe on Club level correct? If so , does anyone have the number or is the front desk number the one to use? Thanks!

Just use the front desk number and ask to be switched to the room controller.
