HRH - Gettin All Those Benefits??????

With all the programs that they have I wonder if I am going to get all those great things they are offering WITHOUT having to remind them or beg them. I have the Loews card for the newspaper and milk and cookies, I have kids with qualifing report cards for the refillable mug, I have a couple of teenagers for the "goodie bag" and a couple of grade school children for the "goodie bag" for them. Are they really going to give all of this to us?

Last year we got the wine, the kids got their goodie bag and the free drinks bracelet (no mug- but that was OK we had a set already) and my doggie got his welcome gift too, and since we hopped over to the PBH- we got it all twice!

FAB!! It looks like you are going soon so you can let us know if you get all your goodies! I would also like to know if you have to keep reminding them or do they just do it. I was under the impression that getting the entertainment rate does NOT allow you any of the extras. And why would they do if for some and not for others?

It really makes a difference who checks you in. The benefits are not supposed to apply with discounted rates and I have been told so many times over the phone and at check in that it would not apply if I had an entertainment rate. However I have never been denied benefits at the hotel. One time at check-in I was told no benefits allowed with my rate and they sent it to the room after calling star sevice anyway. Go and enjoy and dont sweat the small stuff.

Hi:

We just got back from a 3 night stay at the HRH yesterday. We stayed on a $129 garden view Fla resident rate and had just applied for the Loews card the night before (thanks to this board!!). I gave my number when I checked in and was asked what amenity (white wine) and newspaper I wanted. Our room was not ready (2PM) so we went to USO and when we got back we had a message asking us what we wanted for our amenity b/c they said it wasn't written down. We told them the wine and it was delivered right away, ice cold and a nice bottle (Beringer) for a freebie. My 5 year old was presented with a goody bag (sunglasses, visor, ball, etc.) at check-in. We never got our newspaper timely and always had to call for it, sometimes twice. Not a biggie, just wanted to let you know. All in all, we had a very nice time.

What is the benefit pertaining to the report card?

Got the Loews Card the other day but,no info came with it , some kind of booklet we ddin't get?

We were there last week and my DS12 brought his report card (it has to have at least 1 A) and he got a goodie bag with a Loews Loves Kids refillable mug, a pen and a hackey sack. The mug could be filled at a restaurant at the hotel and, if dining at the restaurant, he could get a free dessert.
