HRH Confirmation

[Glory Days]

After reading about the entertainment card, I changed my HRH reservations. At first I was told I didn't need a new confirmation paper, but after seeing some posts of mixed up rooms, I called back and was told they would sent a new one. It's been almost two weeks. Does anyone know how long it should take? Can't remember how long it took when I booked back in July.

Call 1-800-23-LOEWS and demand they fax you your confirmation today. Hopefully that will work.
