I am going for the 1st time Feb 4-6. I got a rate for four for $ 258/night for the club room. Is it a long walk to IOA and US from the hotel? Also, I am staying at Disney from Jan 30-Feb 4, then getting up and going to HRH/parks on Feb 4. I know they probably won't have the room ready, but should I inform the hotel I may arrive before check-in. Will I be able to access the front of the lines, even though I do not have a physical hotel room?

When making reservations, have you found less controversy booking on-line (LOWES site) or call HRH directly (the rate is the same)? I don't want my ressie getting 'lost' like some people are claiming.

I have stayed at HRH in the past well worth the extra money to take advantage of no line no wait access. Allows you to actually see/ride all attractions. I have not stayed in the club room I read it was not worth the extra money.... they serve pastries and coffee in the AM and offer beer/wine in the evening hardly worth teh $70 plus dollars if you ask me. Definately check in at hotel rooms are not ready until 4pm or so but they will give you your room key and take your luggage. Having your room key will give you front of the line access and allow you to go and enjoy your day... Hope you have fun....

Hi there.. have fun at the HRH, :)

Go check in as early as you like, you might luck out and have an available room, you never know. If not, they will store your luggage while you head for the parks.

It is not a long walk at all.. maybe 15 minutes at a good pace... but we prefer the water taxis so we can conserve ourselves for the parks :)

I found it alot quicker to walk rather than take the water taxi, it's really a very quick walk ! But the water taxi is cool and it's beautiful floating towards the parks !! I was just at the Club Level 2 weeks ago and loved it !! we booked through the lowes site at a discounted rate and was well worth the money ! Our room was ready around 2 I think but we were at the parks, We were given 2 inflatable guitars for the kids at check in, and a CD... when we arrived at our room we received our complimentary gift within 5 minutes and we also found a cool ying yang neclace on the bed ! I agree with other posters about the Hotel needing some updating (carpets and bathroom tiles and such) but I still loved the hotel and their staff !! Have a wonderful time !! :flower1:

We stayed at HRH club room last June and are going back this July. For us the drinks, enough breakfast to hold us over, and enough of an evening snack to reduce the dinner bill with teens was worth the cost.

Walk to the parks is short and easy from HRH. We only walked as it was quicker for us than the water taxis.

Have fun!

I have not stayed in the club level but we enjoyd HRH for the most part (just noisy hallways/ice machine noise problems)......

Me and daughter walked from IOA to HRH one evening and it was nice. Not a struggle at all if you casually stroll and pace yourself.

Even checking in early, they should be able to store your luggage and issue you a park only card so you can have your FOTL access.

EnjoY!
