Howto Make TeeShirts/Tanks & Window Decorations?

The disigns are all so cute and beautiful! Now here's the problem - I am not crafty AT ALL! How do I take the disigns and apply them to a tee shirt or tank top? I'd also like to use some of them to decorate my window at Pop. Can anyone please help?
