Good Morning all

As a local I go to the Fort regularly, breakfast with friends, trail rides, etc.
Thanks to Bama Ed for posting the schedule for yesterday I was in the right place at the right time for things I wanted to accomplish. I originally had a lunch scheduled for Trails End and changed it to dinner.
I got there at about 3:45 I was shocked at how packed the parking lots and surplus fields were for additional parking. When I pulled up to the security kiosk it was already on a closed except for residents or ADRs ( is that a hard close ? not sure the term ) A madhouse is the correct term. Last Thanksgiving my husband and I ate at Mickey's Backyard B-B-Q. This was much more crowded.
I think the word has gotten out across the boards about this is the place to go. I saw the end part of the golf cart parade. Never saw it before. I was completely blown away by the decorating. I didn't trick or treat but my goodness I can see how pounds of candy would fly out of your hands to the little goblins very quickly. Have to agree with PP many kids of all ages seemed to be let loose unsupervised.
It was a wonderful time, weather was gorgeous, I met some great new people, many regretting their vacations ending next week and heading back to the frozen north

and a really nice couple that I found out lives in the next town. New friends always a good thing.
