Looks to be cold but dry for here.
A high of 60 during the day with rain early in the morning but dry with a low of 32 Tuesday night. So probably 50's to 40's during trick or treat hours.
We don't get nearly as many trick or treaters as years past but as adults we enjoy sitting around the fire and talking with the neighbors while we eat the candy the kids didn't show up to take.

That doesn't sound too bad. What time is the sun setting on the coast at this time of year? We got blasted with our first pre-winter storm last Tuesday, and it snowed all week. We got 7" altogether. Today is the first day we've been above freezing since then.
It's earlier than we wished, but not shockingly early. The forecast for next week isn't calling for any more snow and we should be back up above zero every day. I've switched the scale to Fahrenheit for our DIS friends - Halloween here will be a high of 7C and a low of -5C.
