How's the rain?

We're leaving next week with four small kids. For those of you down there now, how's the rain? Weather.com predicts rain every day through the ten day forecast.

How has it been so far? How many hours of the day is it raining/not raining? How heavy has it been? Heavy enough for a rain poncho, or can you just wait it out? Heavy enough to run for the pavilions? Light enough for a 2 year-old to still ride Dumbo, etc? Light enough for a 3 year-old to dress in her Cinderella gown in the park?

(Instead of "light" and "intermittent", Orlando weathermen should use phrases like "Dumbo-Soaking Showers" and "Gown-dampening Drizzle".)

Don't rely on the weather.com website too much. Everytime i've put my faith in it....it has let me down. Try the local station www.wesh.com . The rain chances aren't too big. The big concern for me is the temerature. I was hoping for it to be in the 70's. I will be glued to the weather reports on Saturday night.

It started to rain last night (light rain) for the first time since we got here last week. It is raining right now, more of a light rain, but it must have been raining pretty hard overnight, as there are a lot of rain puddles!

I just relooked out my balcony window, and it is only drizzling right now!

Oh, and it is pretty cool right now... yesterday was only in the 60's.

The 5 day local forcast here looks like the highest it is going to get is 73.

It is currently raining lightly but it is very windy. It is in the upper 60s and pretty gross.

The rain is over. Yesterday was pretty nasty with the wind and the rain.
