We were at Disney in May of last year. It was just after they started the Magical Express. We could check our luggage at the hotel, then not worry about it until we got home. My DH stood in line to check in our luggage for over two hours. Its not that the line was that long, but they were so slow. So our last day at Disney was not as exciting as planned. We just had enough time to go to MK and have a last dinner. No rides or anything. :sad2: It would have been much easier to check it at the airport.

So I am wondering if this service is still as unorganized as it was. I hope it is better. We got a call yesterday that our late flight has been moved up two hours. We are thinking of trying to have breakfast our last morning, but not if we have to stand in line forever. Please help :)

We used the resort checkin twice once in Dec and again this May. Both times we were at Boardwalk. There was not a line either time we walked right up to the desk. We took the same time flight home each time we checked in around 8am.

We used their check in service in December and I didn't have to wait to check it. I had them come to my room and get it.

We used it at POP last October. I think it took 5 minutes. They had it down to a science. It was probably bad when you did it because they had just started it.

We used this service just this past Sunday at the All Star Movies, walked up and no one was in line, took less than 2 minutes to check our luggage and get our boarding passes. We thought it was great.
