Hows the food at Shutters

So just how is the food at Shutters? I am not real excited about the looks of the menu, but I would like to spend an evening eating there and then taking to my family to the new pool at Carribean Beach after dinner.(I know, its pool hopping) but I was thinking of having a meal on Disney there in September.

We went about a year and a half ago and enjoyed it. It was nothing great but it was good. We would go back if we were staying back at CBR.
