Since this is only available for those staying at CBR, you may not get many reviews. If you go over to the resort forum, there are a couple of reviews in the CBR thread.

Actually, I thought any Disney resort guest could eat at any Disney food court resort. Is that not true, here?

The buffet they are offering is a temporary set up just for resort guests because the food court is currently closed. It's a unique situation. Otherwise, yes you can eat at any other resort food court.
