We will be arriving nearly straight from the airplane (with a quick check-in stop at the Dolphin) on Friday hopefully between 11 am and noon. We'd like to grab some food fairly near the gate and start the touring. I saw France's Boulangerie Patisserie had some sandwiches and a cheese plate on the menu. Is it any good?

And if you don't recommend eating there what would you recommend?

I haven't eaten there myself, but I've read in dining reports that the ham and cheese croissant there is very good. You could also get fish and chips at Harry Ramsden's in England which is right over the bridge there. I know they are very good!

I've had the ham and cheese baguette a few times, and I think perhaps a turkey sandwich. Everything has been good :thumbsup2. I like the baguettes as they're easy to walk around with and less greasy than typical CS fare.

Also like the bakery in France, had the ham and cheese, the cheese plate which is served with a baguette, and many of the yummy pastries. Enjoy.
