Just got word that we closed on our AKV contract! 
Howdy new AKV neighbors!! 
(yes we are a little excited...)
We are first timers with DVC and had a great experience buying resale thru Jamie at the Timeshare Store and Brenda at Magic Vacation Title-- offer made and accepted on 3/17, to ROFR on 3/18, passed ROFR on 4/4, closing docs on 4/12, and now we are closed, so not bad! Now the last bit of waiting for our account to be set up!
