I'd just say it. When the time was right, of course. Like if you were talking about relationships or love in general or something like that. Or when you just *feel* it.

And I actually mean it, whether it's family love, friend love, or love love. lol

I haven't been lucky enough to meet someone i truly love with all my heart. I am one of those hopeless romantics who melts when they see a proposal. but i do believe in love at first sight and all that. lol
