One contract? Im still sticking to buying 100 and a 60. Best of both worlds. Small and not as small. The boards have convinced me to just buy one.

But you said having multiple is confusing of the same resort and uyOne contract? Im still sticking to buying 100 and a 60. Best of both worlds. Small and not as small.
It can be yes. But so is having multiple contracts in the same UY even if it's a different resort. When you go to book if you aren't recording what points from what contracts are being used it can be difficult to figure that out later. But you said having multiple is confusing of the same resort and uy
Not a long enough weekI can get 5 nights in a one bedroom traveling in september sunday-thursday![]()
Pointdepletion Island Tower is looking less and less attractive 🏝Not a long enough week![]()
Everyone has their own opinions, but I just dont think outside of studios Poly can worth it especially when you dont have a lot of points there. I think it can lead to the need to split stay and will require stalking and stress a 7 months to get enough days in anything over a studio. It's just so so point heavy.Pointdepletion Island Tower is looking less and less attractive 🏝️
Then I feel like there's no direct resort to call home. I will live in an apartment forever.Everyone has their own opinions, but I just dont think outside of studios Poly can worth it especially when you dont have a lot of points there. Not trying to talk you out of it. Just giving my take on it. If you were buying 200 points or more I think the scenario would be better. Or if you were combining direct 160 with resale poly for home resort priority. Or if you were buying not wanting villas but wanting studios. Then I feel like there's no direct resort to call home. I wish I knew i liked poly before buying blt grrr. I also wish I discovered the december uy is better for me before I bought February first. I wish we could point wash resortsNot trying to talk you out of it. Just giving my take on it. If you were buying 200 points or more I think the scenario would be better. I think i need to stay at og poly before making the decision. Or every other year at PIT. Im acting like i have no other points. Please excuse my thinking outloud
This is what I'm doing. We have similar amounts of points. Every other year AKV, the other year Poly in a 1BR. 400 points every other year should be plenty to get a decent room at Poly. Planning for RIV/AKV or other resort available at 7 months and the other year RIV/PolyNot trying to talk you out of it. Just giving my take on it. Edit to add also I have seen that your trips aren't short trips. So maybe split stay is worth to own Poly.
Yeah these are things that come with time. You learn more as you own longer.I wish I knew i liked poly before buying blt grrr. I also wish I discovered the december uy is better for me before I bought February first.
I think you should consider pumping the brakes and actually stay at these resorts to figure out where you actually want to own. Might be worthwhile even if the incentives are changing, it's better than buying direct somewhere and then regretting it.I wish I knew i liked poly before buying blt grrr. That is a solid plan. This is what I'm doing. We have similar amounts of points. Every other year AKV, the other year Poly in a 1BR. 400 points every other year should be plenty to get a decent room at Poly. Planning for RIV/AKV or other resort available at 7 months and the other year RIV/Poly
Yes if we dont go at least 10 days I dont think its worth the flight, I prefer 15-18 days so I can do 5 or 6 nights at 3 resorts. Staying at one resort the whole time for me bores me. Yep, it's like buying a new car vs a used car. You cant sell that new car for what you paid if you hate it. You can probably make most or all of your money back on a used car if you hate it though.I think you should consider pumping the brakes and actually stay at these resorts to figure out where you actually want to own. I have stayed at riv and pit, I like pit betterI think you should consider pumping the brakes and actually stay at these resorts to figure out where you actually want to own. Might be worthwhile even if the incentives are changing, it's better than buying direct somewhere and then regretting it.
Alright, you made me go look at the point charts because I was like, what?!? So, September 1 BR resort view is 5 points cheaper at PIT than RIV. Every other season is more points at PIT.Resort view one bedroom at pit is cheaper than riv
