How would you plan this ??

Planning the big trip for June 04, how would you guys/girls plan a full week in Orlando going to all of Universal, Discovery Cove/Sea World allowing one day for a break to go shopping,swimming etc. Probably will get the 5 day pass for Universal, so my question is how to plan on which park for each day. Thanks for all your help.....

Here's our itinerary for March '04.
Arrive Saturday 10 a.m. check in at HRH and head to WetNwild.
Sunday-Discovery Cove
Monday-Universal
Tuesday-Sea World
Wednesday- IOA, Cirque de Soliel at 6 p.m.
Thursday-back to favorites or MAYBE Magic Kingdom.
Just got the 5 day passes in mail-bought them online with kraft special for $8 off a ticket.
We will also go to universal, sea World and IoA at night if anyone wants to. I hope we'll go back Wednesday after IOA and hang by the pool b/f Cirque De Soleil. We'll eat out at Margaritalville and other places-haven't gotten that far yet, but do have flight, tickets, DC tickets and room reserved.

day5 SW day6me&ds KSC incl Eco tour my DW & DD geting nails done & shopping day6 Hot air Balloon renewal(very early start)
rent Cabana for day dinner at TchoupTchoup day7split between IOA & USO Character dinner at TrattorioDelPortaBuffett
day8 BG day9 Dolphin swim at DC day10 parks in am and pool in pm then Dixie dinner show day11 SW day12BG day13 parks all day doing fav rides night at citywalk day 14 parks in am then off back to reality I just couldn't do 5 days too much to see and do
