Sat - flight down, checkin VWL, pool, Chef Mickey's, Wishes from Contemp
Sun - sleepin, WL pool, MNSSHP
Mon - sleepin, EpCot, either Boardwalk or stay at EpCot at night
Tues - IOA/Universal, Downtown Disney shopping
Wed - AK, O'Hana's PS
Th - return to Univ? Disney park? waterpark?, night at WL pool, packup
Fri - SeaWorld, drive to Melbourne MILs
Sat & Sun - MILs, fly home late Sun

Well, you are smart to do MNSSHP early on... it looks okay.Just be flexible. I would not be up to shopping at DTD after a day at the parks...or driving to Melbourne after a day at Seaworld. It's a good plan. Just play it by ear and cancel or add as you feel you need it.

MIL most likely will stay at the WL while DH, DS & I go to IOA/Univ. DH & DS may like to stay behind and swim in the pool while MIL & I go shopping.
DH agreed to driving to Melbourne after spending the day at SeaWorld.

I would stay on property at WDW the entire time:earsboy:

its very tempting
actually since I wasnt sure of the condition of MILs house I do have a reservation at the Caribbean Beach for those 2nights which I wont cancel till I absolutely have to

In 01 after spending 6nights at the WL we did add on 3more nights. We were suppose to spend those 3 at MILs.

OK, so am I reading this right? In your 6 day stay, your family is only getting 2 days in the Disney parks (Epcot on Mon, and AK on Weds), plus MNSSHP?

In that case I think I might add more park days. I am not sure what kind of park passes you are planning on, but perhaps the 4 day PH thru AAA might be a good deal for you, then skip the Universal days (unless you have children dying to go). Seaworld is wonderful, and if you're headed to Melbourne afterward, that soulds like a good option.

Good luck!

DH insists on Univ & IOA this trip. Last time at Univ in 1996, never been to IOA
Last time to WDW 02
We're DVCers
figure we'll hit most of MK the night of MNSSHP

"Santa" brought us all 7day plus hoppers for Christmas along w/2day Univ/IOA ticks and Seaworld tick

with a 7 day plus hopper, i would definitely spend more time at wdw parks...

The first 4 days sound good. On Weds. I would do AK 1/2 day, and spend the other 1/2 at MK. Since you'll be at the Poly anyway for O'hana's, you can just take a short monorail ride over to MK. I also would go to MK, MGM, and/or Epcot on Thurs. and maybe Fri. I don't think one evening at MK is nearly enough. I also can spend more time at Epcot, especially World Showcase. MGM's Rockin Roller Coaster and Tower of Tower are must do's for my family, and we also like some of the shows there.

We too are having a hard time fitting everything in for our Christmas trip. :( I have to go to WDW. DH & DS(12), have to get their US/IOA fix. Plus there's SW and we want to go to Holy Land Experience. :hyper: If your son is at least 10, your DH is right about IOA/US. The guys will like these parks better than WDW, or at least my guys do. If you think you may be adding 2 nights, you may want to check into one of the Universal Resorts, for the last 2. With Express Pass & first avail. seating at the restaurants, they make you feel like royalty. :) Not to mention the fact that you can walk everywhere. There is different discounts available, you can check into. Don't forget Citywalk! So much to do, so little time.
