How would you change this design?

I just love this design but we aren't going to WDW at Halloween. Can someone change this design to make it something we could wear at another time of year?

I can't change it, but looked at it, it is too cute!!!! If someone could change it that would be awesome and I may have to ask if I could use it too lol.

That looks great. I'm just learning how to use Photoshop. Actually I just made a few name fills this evening. Could you explain to me how you changed the background color?

Using the little dropper, grab a color you want or close to the color and move it around to where you want.

Then the paint can with the little + sign, just put it over the top and your chosen color will "paint" over the top.
