The day we check out we are planning on using the last credits for room service at AK.

if we wanted to order our main meal using the credits would we also be able to order extra stuff and pay cash for that?

They bring two receipts to you - one with DDP items and one with the 'extras'.

It's very simple, we had this at almost every meal we did on the DDP because one or two of us generally partake in an adult beverage.
