to Comlplain about a rude CM who I spoke to, to book a dinner, and she gave me the wrong info on top of being rude. I was on hold, then got her...was on the phone a total of 35 minutes to be spoken to rudely and all.

If you include your name and telephone number, they truly call you back!!

Be as specific as you can, time, date, name of cm...

then when they call I always tell them what I want... ie I hope that this can be included in the next training information - (I've had a rude waitstaff, and an adr but wasnt seated whereas a walk up was seated before we were... ) I usually want them to know that they may deal with thousands of "guests" but I only deal with a "few" CM's and why cant they be kinder?

esp since we dont use the 800# now!! ;)

They should call you within a few days. This was the same response I got when I had a problem. Just food for thought do you remember the person who was so rude to you? If so call back dining and ask to speak to a supervisor. I know more money for phone call but if that CM was rude I would have call back & speak to a supervisor. There is no excuse for anyone to be rude not CM or guests calling in. Sorry this happen to you.
I had one last week when I call in to add something to my December trip more money for Disney lol & the Cm I talked to was very nasty so I just said I would like to speak to your supervisor. She hung up on me but I called back & got another CM & I told him I wanted to speak to a supervisor, he asked if he could help out but I said no I wanted a higher up person to talk to. Well after I got her I explain the situation to her gave the name etc. Told her I was mad enough to cancel the upcoming trips I had with Disney because of this CM. She said please don't & asked if by chance I had her name & I said yes & gave it to her(again lol) . She said she would get back to me that day which she did. She said she talked to the person & she said that person was having a bad day. I said we all have bad days but to take it out on me or anyone else is okay? I think not. She said there would be a notation in that person record not that I wanted that but a I am sorry might have work so she said hold on & that CM got on the line & told me she was truely sorry. I can't say if it help but at the time it did. If it happens again I will cancel & tell them why. Hard enough to get ahold of them but for them to be rude no way. I understand people have their off days but if you are nice with them then their attitude should change. Just my two cents. An act of kindness goes a long way.

No worries, that is just the canned response acknowledement. In a few days or weeks you should hear from a real person with a specific response to your issue.

I am so sorry this happend!! I hope this wasn't one of the cast members I work with. Hopefully next time I will get you and can put some of my pixie dust on your ressie!!
