How wheelchair friendly is Universal Studios and IOA?

Disney is laid out so nice for wheelchair accessibility. I don't expect these parks to be as good, but where can I find out more.

I wrote up a trip report for US/IOA last year. it's got some pictures and a write up of the rides I rode. As a referance point I'm a complete level T8 paraplegic.
