How was your stay?

How was your stay? I would love to hear from people that have rented a home recently. Any tips, tricks, ideas on having a nice stay. How long does it take you to get inside the parks from the parking lots? I have always ridden the bus system, and I like to get to the parks early. What are some items you have saved money on by renting a home? What do you wish you would have brought with you from home?

Before we fly out I go on line to Sam'sClub.com and do a click and pull order. We show up to Sam's when we land and our groceries are all in carriages we pay and go. Sam's is on rt 192 towards St cloud I think it is 192 east. Sorry about directions, I can get almost every where but do not know the proper east and west still. We save on breakfast every morning. I purchas bottled waters and freeze them and take them into the parks, with some juice boxes. Snacks for at night, I like to buy ice cream novelties and sorbet ices for the kids. I buy microwave popcorn, and lots of different soft drinks. We are also down there for a couple of weeks and we own a 6 bed 5 bath in EI so we take friends down and have great big sleep overs that don't end. My kids have such great memories of them and their friends playing in the pool it is priceless. We also have built in baby sitters for each other. If some one wants to let say go shopping and the kids want to stay in the pool our husbands usually offer to sty back and hang out so we go and enjoy the shopping and the husband and kids don't have to be bothered. If Sam's is to much there is always the grocery stores to get what you need. Some of our family and friends have cooked whole meals at our home. I also know others have one of our guests requested a crock pot. We also have a full size gas grill for outdoor cooking. Personally cooking for me is a 4 letter woed on vacation. I have a site that you can chek out and see what the homes offer. We usually have full kitchens, grills and all the amenities you should need if you so desire to have full meals when on vaca.
