I went and saw everything. This was like no other preview, as they had scareactors out in the streets and all. That made it SO much better. They only had the houses and the shows (Bill & Ted, Sindbad). Here's my rank of the houses, from fave to least:
#1 Screamhouse - the BEST house. Intricate sets, plenty of scary people, and plenty of places to make wrong turns and get lost. Very cool.
#2 Maximum Carnage - this one barely beat #3, only cuz I was able to recognize so many marvel heroes/villans. Lots of strobes, lots of fog, plenty of scary people.
#3 Scary Tale II - if you went on last year's Scary Tale, this one is very similar. There are a few totally dark corridors where it's hard to find your way, and there's one area with super intense strobes that made it tough to find the way out. It was also kinda warm in the house. Still very trippy.
#4 Eviloution - I expected this to suck, but it was better than expected. It loses points for the entrance being so far away (the entrance is by the Discovery Center). This one has some of the halfman/half dion people in it. I saw one girl get scared by one of them in the early part, and she fell. Oops. I kept going on, and was scared majorly in a couple areas (I wont tell where

) A decent house.
#5 Fear Factor - this is supposed to be the house that gets the longest wait/be the best, but bah. I think not. It's mostly dark, and there are a few rooms where there's this blinding light. Anyone who went on Pitch Black last year knows what I mean. The house was more of an "eh, what's this icky thing in my way" than a screamer. I was letdown.
Bill & Ted show: The Bill & Ted show this year was average. I was hoping it'd be a lot better than previous years (2000 and 2001). It was about the same caliber as 2000 and did have a very similar format as the past few years. Check it out to see the celeb mokcery.
Sindbad: They actually had this running, but it was the "adult" version. I dont know if they'll run this version during
HHN or if it was just for the preview. Lets just say dont bring the kids to this version...
That's my story on HHN. I'm glad I got to enjoy it when I did, cuz I wont get to go any other times...
