How warm is it end of Apr/early May?

I've read the average temps. for this time of year, but still need some assistance with figuring out what to dress everyone in. Is it short and t-shirt kind of warm or sundress/tank top kind of warm at this time of year? Is it going to be warm enough that the kids will want to play in the water? Thanks so much!

There is still some variability at that time of year. It might be quite warm, but you may also get some cool mornings (and cool days...in the 60s to low 70s). Your best bet is to check the forecast a day or two before you leave.

It can really vary a bit, but we were there last Easter, which was late April and it was about 90 degrees every day. When we went back into the parks at night after a mid-day break, we would take our sweatshirts, but still wore shorts.
