How tuff to get a Valentine dinner ADR?

I am reading all sorts of dining threads and just cannot make up my mind where DH and DF and I should go for a nice Valentine dinner. Will I have a problem trying to get an ADR at this late date?

We are not the V&A type - more the Trails End buffet type - but we are looking for a bit more for Valentine's Day. Should I be thinking more about going to a resort restaurant rather than a park restaurant? Would it be easier to get an ADR at a resort restaurant?

Last week I made a reservation for Boma for Valentine's. Still had decent slots as far as dining times.
