Longtime member who purged everything from my laptop including passwords & now I am not getting a prompt on "I forgot my password" from this website to reset even if I use another device. Does anyone know how to contact tech support for that if you can't get into your account?

@sam_gordon , this was the first thing done. The Forgot your Password link is not generating any links or communications at all no matter how often it is used which is why this post was created.

Any chance the email it sends is getting caught in your spam filter?

Why not just keep using your new ID? Since you are able to access the site, the only thing you really lost might be any old private messages you might have stored.

I keep looking and nothing is showing up at all, not even an acknowledgement of a communication so it is bizarre

Why not just keep using your new ID? Since you are able to access the site, the only thing you really lost might be any old private messages you might have stored.

Are you using a "work" email by any chance? I know at my previous employer, there was a "server side" spam filter that, if caught there, would not show up ANYWHERE on my email.

I'm just spitballing.

I appreciate the help but no, I'm on the same laptop and all as always. Only thing I did was clear everything, mostly because the device indicated it was holding 290 passwords, no way I opted into 290 of anything so I just wiped it all. At first I thought I might have changed my email linked to the Dis account but it finds me with the email I am looking at so that can't be it, right?

My thought has nothing to do with the hardware you're using to access. It's what email address are you using? If it's work related, there may be a spam filter catching it before your email software. I'm not sure how to explain what I'm talking about. If you're using a personal email (gmail, hotmail, yahoo, etc) this is unlikely.
