How to use Annual pass codes

The next time I go to WDW I am going to cash in the value of the remaining days on a 10 day non expiring ticket to put the value to an annual pass. Since I won't have the pass number or a voucher number is there any way to get the annual pass discount on the room? I know the only place I can cash in my pass is at guest services at a park, so that can't happen until AFTER I get to WDW.

You might try calling them, with a credit card handy. If you can upgrade it over the phone, then maybe you could get the discount on the room at the same time.
