How to use a SW credit?

Last August I booked our flights with Southwest. The price went down and I went thru the process of getting a $75 credit to use towards a future flight. Now thinking about booking with them again and it occurred to me I have no idea how I'm supposed to use the credit. We recently moved into our new house so I have NO idea where the print outs are that showed I had it, etc...How on earth do I this? I don't have the confirmation number of those flights either. Am I out of luck? Thanks!

The SW credit is good for one year from when you originally bought the tickets, NOT from when you flew. I have been able to call the 800 # and give them the credit card I used for them to be able to give me the confirmation numbers I needed. When you go online to book a new flight, at the payment page, it will ask for the confimation numbers of any ticketless travel funds you want to apply to the purchase. This is where you enter the confimation number. HTH
