How to update payment method for Magic Key monthly payments?

Credit card was compromised and closed. I am trying to find a way to change the automatic payment information for our Magic keys. I haven't seen a way to do it online. Is there a way? Do I need to call?

Yes, you need to call (sadly). I just did this last month for my mom's account because the CC needed the expiration date updated. I really wish they'd give a way to do it online

If you wish to update a Monthly Payments option credit card, please call (800) 410-4656 from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday to Friday.

Just a little bump/update because I finally got around to calling today. It turns out my credit card, Citibank MC, automatically updated the information with Disney. So, they already had my new information which was great to know. Just wanted to share in case anyone else uses Citibank cards for monthly payments and has to get a new card number.

Huh. I updated my mom's monthly payment and it was a Citibank (but a Visa, not a MC so maybe that's the difference?), but it didn't auto update . I even specifically asked if it had since a lot of her other auto payments had updated on their own already.
