This program came free with a router that ultimatly didn't work. I have tried using add/remove programs, but get a message that it can not be uninstalled that way. It tells me to go to the program and use their change feature, but I can't find a way to delete it through the program either.
Can anyone help me? I do not need this program and have it turned off. Because the subscription for updates to security has not been renewed, the computer waits for me to say skip the subscription renewal before it updates my Norton Anti Virus. I'd really rather the Anti Virus work silently instead of a lot of reminders about a program I don't want.
