How to transfer account to new QR site

How do you transfer your account information from the old to the new QR site? And once you do, how do you log on? Many thanks for any and all responses.

This is what Dmitry said to another's question on this in another thread:
"Did you do the site transfer a few weeks ago? If not register for the new QR and send us an email with the new QR and old QR email. We will then transfer the balance."
