How to thank Dreams Unlimited agent?

We're using DU for our upcoming trip and Cathy has been so wonderful, what's the best way to thank her for all her hard work? She's made our PS for us, changed them, given us additional quotes...all with top notch service!
I don't think she's ever taken longer then 5 minutes to respond to an email I sent her, it's been great!

Because of this experience I'll never go back to doing things myself again. :)

Should I write a letter to someone, tip..... what do you think?
 
I think you have thanked her already!!! I, too, had a wonderful DU agent helping out with my WDW reservation last year for my honeymoon. My agent told me that leaving a great message here telling people about your experience would be a good way to thank your agent. :D

I won't make another WDW reservation by myself again, either. Jean

I don't know. Her name is Cathy M, are they the same person? I'm gonna feel REAL silly if they are and I didn't pick up on that-lol.
 
Can this be true? Cathy M. is our agent as well and it would be quite funny if they were one and the same! :crazy:
 
I was just on the DU website. There is one agent by the name of "Cathy McConnell" and another by the name of "Cathy Miller." Which one is the famous "WebmasterCathyCanada?" Only her hairdresser knows for sure. ;) But it looks like "Cathy Miller" lives in Colorado and not Canada. So if "Cathy McConnell" and "WebmasterCathyCanada" are one and the same person, click here to see her smiling face.

I just love Dreams Unlimited Travel. Every person who I have worked with has been wonderful. I will definitely use Dreams in the future. :D
 
I've ALWAYS used a TA,but I decided this trip I'd plan and book myself. Then,I read this thread and start thinking maybe I should use Dreams Unlimited. It sounds like they do a wonderful job making all those reservations and checking for discounts. I'm just uneasy about the whole online-booking- thing. What if my computer goes down? Then what?? I just don't know...

There's a phone number somewhere on their site (I don't have it handy, but I wrote it down when I left for my trip in December).

I was uneasy about the whole internet booking thing too, and only booked one night through Dreams. I booked the rest of my trip through my local travel agent. The only night which was correct was the night that Dreams booked for me.

This time Dreams (thanks again, Merrie!) is handling my entire trip, with all of the changes, updates, adding people, linking reservations, etc. which have been needed.

OK I have the answers!! My agents name is Cathy Miller and she's NOT CathyCanada.

But she's the greatest and I highly recommend her!!!! :)

You can always communicate by phone if that happened! One of the best things about DU is that they will continue to look for discounts for you AFTER you book your trip. For example.....Our agent Cathy Miller, knew that we were getting an AP for our trip. So when the AP rates came out she had the discount applied BEFORE word even broke out here on the boards that the codes were out! I was about to write her about them because I was nervous and poof...I got an email that she'd already got us the rate!

I use to be a neurotic self planner but I love using DU. Cathy has really helped saved my sanity, we're in the process of moving and it's so stressful. If I didn't have Cathy planning my trip for me, I would've had a breakdown by now, for sure-lol! :)
 
Well, I absolutely LOVE DU and I especially love the agent I have used the last 3 times - Liz Lindsey! She is so patient, kind, fast at what she does...

I just booked my fourth trip through DU today, and I was assigned to a different agent. I emailed Liz and asked her if she could take over, and she did :)

I'm another obsessive planner who has always needed to have control over her planning. I'm using DU and Shirley this time. I have already recommended them to 4 others! They are terrific. I'll be using them again and again in the future. I have kept changing my plans and Shirley has quite cheerfully made all my changes for me. Thanks DU!!!
 
I've posted my family's opinion of DU on other threads, and I'll do it again: they are the best! Cathy Miller is our agent for the second time in as many years, and whatever we need is taken care of for us ASAP. I've changed plans and PS requests quite a few times already, and Cathy always responds cheerfully and very promptly - she must live in front of her computer! ;) From what I have heard and read, all the DU agents are just as dedicated and helpful. As far as saving money goes, they know of the newest discounts before they hit the Web, and do all they can to save you $$. We have only good things to say about DU and Cathy!
 
...good rates for AKL concierge or is that something that cannot be discounted?
