How to tell if my OKW is extended?

I received this contract through family. Is there a way to tell if it’s extended? I feel like I’ve looked everywhere.

Somewhere in the print you should see a 2042 or a 2057 indicating the expiration date. To be honest, I just did some checking on my DVC site to see if I could find an expiration date for our contracts, and I couldn't! You probably should call Member Services or Member Administration to find out what info they have on your contract.

When did this person buy their contract? But the easiest way is to call MA.
