We'll will be leaving for WDW in about a month and am trying to figure out how to stay on track while there. Last year I was totally focused on eating healthy and exercising, and when I went to DL it all fell apart. 
I know for a fact there is no way I am will be eating healthy the whole time we're there, although I know I'll be putting in plenty of walking.
I know there's a fitness room at AKL, so I can use that (if I find the time for it). My biggest concern is the eating. That frightens me.

But still, if you wait until the afternoon, you'll feel sluggish from running around the parks all day and eating the vacation food...and you won't want to go.
). That way I feel satisfied without having to eat a whole treat by myself. I even have a little swiss army knife on my keys to cut up items like fudge and cupcakes
