How to start conversations?

You need to have 10 posts before you can Start a Conversation. Did you have a question I could help with?

I have more than 10 posts and I don't see start a conversation since my sponsor tag was added. I also can't change my avatar now. Did adding the sponsor tag restrict my permissions?

@disneynutz Start a Conversation is not available from your profile page. In the upper-right is your username Inbox Alerts. If you hover over Inbox, a pop-up will appear with recent conversations (or "you have no recent conversations") and at the bottom of that box is "Show All Conversations" and "Start a New Conversation" buttons. Alternatively, you can click on Inbox and on the next screen "Start a Conversation" is a blue button to the far right of the gray bar.

As far as I know the Sponsor tag shouldn't impact your ability to change your avatar. Guess we'll have to see if a webmaster can help with that.

Hmmm... I couldn't start a conversation with you either. Try emailing admin@wdwinfo.com as I believe that reaches all webmasters.

How about checking the contact info (whether "Accept conversations from......" says "Members only" or "People you follow only")?

Thanks for your help. Apparently there was an admin account settings issue. Looks like Corey fixed it!

Is there a limit to the amount of people that are allowed to be in a private conversation? We started a conversation for our FE group but now the option to Invite More is no longer available after 11 are in the group. Or did the person that started the conversation change the status to not allow others to invite?

I believe it's whoever starts the conversation plus 10 others.
