Forbidden Journey has a "castle tour" when you can go through what one day might be the express pass line at your leisure. For Gringotts, your only option is to wait in the regular queue. Unless it's a very recent development, there is no "bank tour".

I don't know about any of the tours as we ride but, if there isn't one you should still go through the que. It is worth the time and the line moves quickly.
