How to sign in with AP voucher

I'm trying to get on Disneys site for passholders. I have a voucher but it doesn't have any of the three letter codes you enter with dates to get on the site. What am I doing wrong? Anyone have a clue. Thanks.

You can't get onto the site until you turn your voucher into an AP pass.....

Actually you can access the Passholder site if you received your voucher from Disneyworld.com.

I ran into the a same problem a few yrs ago and think it is the dumbest thing..."use the ap site to plan your trip" but if you buy your voucher at a disney store( I live 1200 miles from wdw) you can't. never got my mickey moniter either...they had the right address but instead used one from a trip over 5 yrs. ago( talk about the CIA... I swear they have less info on the "common man" than disney does!) and never did send it to me....oh well, got a good deal on our rooms

Call the number on your receipt and tell them you want to sign in but you only have a voucher, and they should tell you exactly what letters & numbers to use to log in. The numbers are all on the back of your voucher, but not in the order you need them to be. I only have a voucher and have signed in a couple of times.
