how to shop different dates?

My family and I are planning a trip to Disney World. We are very flexible with our dates, but do know that we would like to go sometime end of January or anytime in February (winter weather escape!). Is there any easy place to search prices based on when we would leave? Or do prices there tend to stay the same year round? We think we want to stay at the Boardwalk, if that makes a difference.

set for certain dates. Most of January and the early part of February are usually value season for deluxe resorts. Disney has also instituted higher rates for weekends.

The easiest thing is to go to the Disney site and change dates. Here is a link to the rates. In the upper right hand corner is "View Rate Seasons" This will show you the specific dates for 2009. For deluxes the value period you'd be interested in is 1/1 - 2/12.
