How to send a complaint letter?

I am thinking about sending a complaint letter about our recent CR stay (no hot water for 2 mornings, bad service, run-around, etc). Who do I address it to? Should I just send it to the attention of the general manager (do I need his/her name), and the CR address? Should I fax, email, or mail?

Thanks for any info.
 
I assume from the description of "bad service, and run around"that the OP did bring it up while there...

You could try emailing guest relations via the disney website - seems like people have had luck going that route.
 
Did you say anything while you were there?? And also for sure go to the WDW web site and select contact us and send it through there...they're very good with response and customer service....good luck!
