How to Say Thank you?

I need some creative help. My mom is watching my DD, dog sitting, and housesitting while DH and I visit WDW for our anniversary. I would like to thank her for what she is doing and I can't seem to come up with anything that is appropriate.

Here are some ideas I have had:

Send her for a facial & manicure at a local salon (she could go during the day while DD is in school).
Flowers
Basket of goodies (wine, crackers, chocolates...)

What do you think? What would you do for her if she were your mom???

Stock the house with some of her favorites, Take her out to dinner and give her the gift cert. for the facial etc...
I like the idea of the facial. Any spa type thing is always nice since it isn't something many people usually do for themselves. But we all love them!!!!!

Do you have digital copies of your photos? If so, what about making an "I love grandma" scrapbook on Shutterfly.com (or some similar site). They are super-easy to make and the ones we made for the grandmas in our family were a HUGE hit.
I also think spa/salon services are a great idea.
Maybe tickets to something fun she and DD could do together?

First, HAPPY ANNIVERSARY to you both!
Your mom would probably just be satisfied knowing that you and your hubby are being able to go away without worry while she gets to watch her precious grandaughter. Perhaps some small item from Disney to remind her of YOUR special time away and thank her for the memory!
How lucky you are, having lost my mom and her missing out on all the grandchildren happennings that she so loved, it really touches my heart when grandparents get to share special bonding time with their grandkids!
