How to reserve an ECV from France for a trip to WDW?

Hello everybody

First of all, I'm sorry if my English is not good, I'm French

I plan to go to WDW in April 2015 and my friend needs an ECV. I did some research and I thought book with Apple Scooter. I saw that it was possible to book through the internet but it is necessary to have an US address and I'm from France. I'm afraid to call because I may not know what to say because of my poor English.
That is why I wonder if it is possible to provide the address of the hotel (AoA) or if the home address is required?

First of all I been renting for years from Apple.

I check their website and I don't see an email address but sure they have one.

Since your trip is not till April 2015 I would write to them at:
Apple Scooter Store
Disney East Entrance at the Crossroads Shopping Center
12539 S. Apoka Vinland Rd
Orlando Fl 32836

I would write:

Dear Apple Scooter:

I planning a trip to Disney April 2015. I would to rent a scooter from you. I have a few questions:

1. I live in France and do not have a residents in the United States. Is it required that I provide you with a United States mailing address or my Disney hotel enough to rent a scooter?

2. Do you have an email address so I can communicate with you over the internet.?

3. Is there anything else besides my credit card and my personal data that you need to secure my reservation?

You can also call 321-726-6837 if you want and just say what I stated above. And you should not have a problem they are very nice. I am sure your not the first foreign visitor they had.

I hired an ECV from Apple last September, received good customer service and prompt replies to all my emails.
We are returning to WDW again this September, so I emailed Apple again to hire from them and to date I have emailed them seven times and had no reply.
I checked I have the correct email address for them (as the chap I was in correspondence with last year is apparently no longer working for the company).
So I have reserved an ECV from Scooterbug instead.
I hope you have better luck in corresponding with them than I did.

I rented from Scooter Bug two years ago. Everything went smoothly, no issues. Their website is very easy to use; I thought it was the easiest one. I rented the companion scooter. It is nice and fast, roomy basket, excellent condition.
